Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ImmigrApp mobile application (the "App") operated by Ronstech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImmigrApp, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the App on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Description of the App

ImmigrApp is a mobile application that provides immigration-related educational resources for the United States, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. Citizenship Civics Quiz preparation (100 USCIS civics questions)
  • Florida Driver License written test preparation
  • Immigration news aggregation
  • A map of Social Security Administration (SSA) offices in Florida
  • Immigration procedures and document guides
  • Content available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole

3. NOT Legal Advice

THE APP IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING CONTAINED IN THE APP CONSTITUTES LEGAL ADVICE, AND THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL COUNSEL.

Ronstech LLC is not a law firm, is not licensed to practice law, and is not a government agency. The information provided in the App does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Ronstech LLC.

Immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedures in the United States change frequently and may vary depending on individual circumstances. The App may not reflect the most current legal developments, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented.

YOU MUST CONSULT A LICENSED IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY OR ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVE FOR LEGAL ADVICE REGARDING YOUR SPECIFIC IMMIGRATION SITUATION. Any reliance you place on information provided by the App is strictly at your own risk.

4. No Government Affiliation

ImmigrApp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Social Security Administration (SSA), the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), or any other federal, state, or local government agency. Government agency names, logos, and official content referenced in the App are used solely for informational purposes.

5. Quiz Content Disclaimer

The U.S. Citizenship Civics Quiz questions and the Florida Driver License test preparation questions included in the App are based on publicly available materials. While we strive to keep this content accurate and up to date:

  • Quiz questions and answers may not reflect the most recent changes to official test content.
  • The App is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass any official examination.
  • Official test formats, questions, and passing criteria are determined solely by the relevant government agencies and are subject to change without notice.

6. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Not use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the App
  • Not use the App to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Not use any automated means to access or use the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, design elements, and the compilation thereof, are the property of Ronstech LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The ImmigrApp name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ronstech LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Content and Advertisements

8.1 Google Ads

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These advertisements are provided by third parties and may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or opinions expressed in third-party advertisements.

Your interactions with third-party advertisers, including any purchases or other transactions, are solely between you and the third-party advertiser. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your interaction with third-party advertisements.

8.2 Third-Party Links and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites, news articles, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites or resources. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

8.3 News Content

Immigration news displayed in the App is aggregated from third-party sources. We do not create, verify, or endorse the accuracy of news content from third-party sources. News articles are provided for informational purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The information, content, or materials included in the App will be accurate, reliable, or complete
  • Any errors or defects in the App will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any information provided in the App reflects current law, regulation, or policy

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RONSTECH LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APP;
  • (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR RELATED TO THE APP;
  • (C) ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE APP;
  • (D) ANY DECISIONS MADE OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMMIGRATION DECISIONS;
  • (E) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; OR
  • (F) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SINCE THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THIS AMOUNT IS ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ronstech LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any decisions or actions you take based on information obtained from the App

12. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also add or remove features, content, or functionality at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version will always be available within the App. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

The failure of Ronstech LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Ronstech LLC.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ronstech LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the App.
